Robert leads a team of talented individuals who together, make up the extraordinary and dynamic culture that is RH Carter Architects. He credits each and every one of his colleagues for creating the environment that fuels the energy that he brings to work each day.

Often called on to resolve unique design problems or to design and roll-out national retail initiatives, Robert brings an unwavering commitment to his clients, to his staff and to the firm's ability to deliver design excellence and the highest level of customer service. He actively promotes growth within the practice and enjoys mentoring staff and setting them up to succeed as they move through their careers.

Robert is happiest when spending time with Angie and their children, travelling and exploring around the country and around the world and he loves spending time with his friends and family. He regrets that he doesn't have enough time to golf and looks forward to returning to Japan as soon as he is able to.
