Juan is a graduate of Ryerson University who is originally from Lima, Peru. He is a proud member of the OAAAS, The Ontario Association for Applied Architectural Sciences.

He strives to continually improve himself and is progressing towards obtaining his Technology licence through the OAA, along with his PMP credentials. He is currently managing projects for the firm from design development, approval procurement and through the construction process.

Juan is motivated by the team at RH Carter Architects, the individual staff, their experience and knowledge. The staff's professional demeanour in the face of the challenges they face on a daily basis is an inspiration to him.

He enjoy the team building events and games that the firm hosts throughout the year. Juan was a key member of the  RH Carter Architects 2019 Lamport soccer championship team.
