Lidia is a Program Coordinator on a national retail initiative and member of the design team; planning national strategies for program implementation and roll-out.

She graduated from the Azreli School of Architecture and Urbanism at Carleton University with a Bachelor of Architecture and is on the board of directors for the Ukranian Canadian Art Foundation - KUMF Gallery.

In her spare time Lidia enjoys painting, gardening, and volunteering. On weekends she likes to spend time with family and friends and enjoying time outdoors.

Lidia appreciates the strong office culture at RH Carter Architects, and believes that it is a result of the collection of amazing individuals. She enjoys the collaborative nature of the work and the ample opportunities to be mentored by senior staff.
