Kael is a program coordinator and designer having worked on several national retail program initiatives. Not long after joining the firm, she successfully co-managed a national retail program; designing facilities in locations all over the country.

Kael is originally from Bamako, Mali and completed her undergraduate degree in Ottawa at Carlton University.

She is inspired by the impact that good design can have in our daily lives. In her spare time she enjoys taking care of her house plants and tending to her aquarium while listening to her favourite podcasts.

She enjoys collaborating with team members and learning from more experienced coworkers within the practice. She also loves the feeling of being part of a family at RH Carter Architects and enjoys participating in office design competitions.
