Neena's abilities to manage under pressure and foster open and honest communication among staff has been a key part of RH Carter Architects success both as a business and as a family.

Born and raised in India, Neena moved to Canada in 2005, and started with the firm, shortly thereafter. She first enjoyed a career in merchandising; having studied in Fashion and Clothing Technology and was a competitive swimmer in school.

Neena believes that the work culture at the firm is among the best and credits her amazing and caring colleagues and enjoys the social activities throughout the year which she believes eases the pressure of the work environment.

She loves to bake and enjoys knitting and stitching and loves her family and spending time outdoors in the summer.
